Farm Days!
Dear Friends, Before We Welcome you all to best family restaurant in kurukshetra I would like to introduce my story to you all. Hi, I am Prince from the Religious Holy City Kurukshetra, Birth Place of Bhagwat Geeta, Given to us all by Lord Krishna. My life began in the crop fields of a small village in a Punjabi family. Where we used to grow seasonal crops like Rice, Maize, and Jowar in Summer and Wheat, Potato, and Sunflower in winter on top of that we used to grow Onions, Tomatoes, Green Chilly, Capsicum, Garlic, Ginger, etc in our household for our kitchen use only. On top of that, we used to raise Cows and Buffaloes also for Milk, Cheese, Curd, and uneven Melted Butter of our own like any other farming family. So, since childhood, I used to feel that our life runs around meals mostly.
Growing Days!
We used to grow all these Crops for us and others and my mother used to spend most of the time in the kitchen, cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner for us, and like most Indian sons I was very close to my mum and I used to spend a lot of time with her and help her also when she was busy cooking in the kitchen and in favor of that I used to get a taste of everything first in the house and uneven I used to give feedback also that it’s too spicy or less salty or too oily, etc. So, that’s how my craze for food increases day by day. That kitchen life habit of mine remains when friends get together also, I am the chef most of the time whether it’s a tea party or a drink party.
Business Days!
So, after marriage, my better half and my friends also advised me to open a restaurant. I considered it straight away because of my love for food and cooking so I ended up running a restaurant named Vintage Zaika in our blessed holy city of Kurukshetra. So that’s how my love for meals has been taken to the next level. So, here in Vintage Zaika, we are going to share how can we cook things in our Vintage way in our restaurant kitchen with Indian-rich ingredients to get a unique taste and healthy diet out of it and we are going to try seasonal recipes according to the weather and climate, So We welcome you all to come and join our journey to enjoy rich healthy meals and Can Improve your mood and make your day a better one.

We Have started building our restaurant in 2019 But Because of Covid-19 Pandemic we have resume our establishments during that period of time, so Finally in July 2021 We have officially live our kitchen and restaurant for Our city Food Lovers
